Hey there, Iโ€™m Elizabeth.

I am a DONA International Birth Doula Certification Candidate, Certified VBAC Doula through The VBAC Link, and certified Prep4Partnerโ„ข instructor with 4th Trimester Fitnessยฎ Method. I feel honored to support families through the most beautiful, transformative journey of their lives. My two greatest joys in life are being married to my high school sweetheart Thomas, and mom to my beautiful daughter, Rosie. I support families in Knoxville, TN.

Birth Doula Support

This includes two prenatal visits, one of which around 35 weeks where we will create your birth preferences. The base of this package is the continuous labor support and on-call phone support. Additionally, we will have one postpartum visit in your home.

Prep4Partnerโ„ข

Our Prep4Partnerโ„ข class equips couples with essential skills and knowledge to ensure the birth partner can provide exceptional support during labor, birth and into the postpartum period.

Birth Photography

I offer documentary-style birth photography as an optional add-on to my doula services. These images capture the quiet, powerful moments of labor and the first minutes of meeting your baby.

    We proudly support families in Knoxville at their hospital of choice or CNM and CPM Midwife attended home births.
