Elizabeth was so sweet and caring to us. She brought us all kinds of supplies and made our labor room so cozy and relaxing. She also took amazing photos of the whole labor process (at our request) that we will cherish forever. The days leading up to labor, and even the night I went into labor (around 1:30am, sorry girl😂) she was very communicative and responsive! As I approached transition, she along with my partner kept my head in the game even though I started begging for interventions I was adamant I didn’t want. Within 30-45 minutes my baby girl was born! One of the perks of working with Elizabeth is she is also an AMAZING photographer! I never thought I would have L&D photos, but thanks to her I have a photo gallery that I will cherish for forever!

I had the most beautiful unmedicated birth experience and I truly would not have been able to do it without Elizabeth as my doula. She met me at the hospital the moment I called her and was there through every contraction. She kept me grounded through labor with reminding me to breathe, the use of combs and was there as a source of encouragement when I started to feel like I couldn’t do it.

My husband and I both agree that her presence was comforting and made us both feel safe during such an intense time. I would highly recommend her to anyone, she was a wonderful addition to our birth team!

I was in need of a doula unexpectedly in my third trimester and Elizabeth very quickly was able to accommodate me. She provided great resources and encouragement in the last several weeks of my pregnancy and ultimately was the best support during labor and delivery. My birth experience did not go the way I had planned, but Elizabeth was there with me every step of the way with her encouragement, advocacy and support.
